This November, we will be hosting our first ever Pink Ribbon Rally at Timpanogos Harley-Davidson to focus on helping those fighting the battle.
In 2017, over 250,000 estimated new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with more than 64,000 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer. According to www.breastcancer.org, a non-profit organization.
The average costs for treatment differs based on expense of surgery, additional treatments, and chemotherapy; not to mention the pain and suffering that goes along with it.
Join us November 18th, 2017

SHOUT OUT to all our ladies who joined us on this year’s Ladies Ride! So awesome to have such a great group of everyone from brand new riders to those who have been riding for years. Braved the random dust and rainstorm heading into Elberta on a 105 degree day!
So, here’s to all my girls who make other girls wish they could ride too.
All Ladies Ride:
We’d LOVE any pictures that we missed! Please tag @timpharley on Instagram or Timpanogos Harley-Davidson on facebook!
What’s better than seeing more and more lady riders on the road? Watching about 2,200 lady riders from around the United States meet in California for an annual Motorcycle Campout! Groups and groups of ladies with nothing but a duffle bag and a motorcycle heading from Salt Lake City and Utah Valley to Joshua Tree, California the last weekend in October.
Babes Ride Out 4 | 2016
Extremely excited this year to follow our Timp Harley babe, Deni Karly and The Salty Babes that rode the 1200+ miles round trip on their bikes to the event. Packing all their camping stuff for the 6 day trip with nothing other than bungees.
This is the second year that the majority of our group will be heading down to Babes Ride Out in Joshua Tree. Last year was amazing as we rode out with about 14 ladies, a few whom we met from other states through instagram that were also going. We grew friendships based mainly one common interest:
For the love of riding.
It was such an awesome experience leaving from Salt Lake and running into people at gas stations in Beaver, Utah or Baker, California that you know from back home. Everyone in different groups choosing different routes. We even ended up meeting someone from Orem who was braving it out on her own to head to BRO, this is how friendships begin!
Day 1: Primm, NV. (462 miles)
Day 2: JoshuaTree. (200 miles)
Day 3: Salvation Mountain. (165 miles)
Day 4: Pioneertown. (30 miles)
Day 5: Mesquite. (293 miles)
Day 6: Home. (340 miles)
(200 in a downpour rainstorm)
It’s hard to not make memories with these Salty Babes! 🙂
For a lot of us, me included, this is the longest Harley trip (solo) we’ve been on. It gives a whole new sense of accomplishment being able to power through the mishaps or setbacks that normally can go on with riding in such large numbers. The memories and experiences that we gained throughout that week will forever be unforgettable.
Can’t wait for next year!
Many of you have seen the challenge coins we have available for sale here at Timpanogos Harley Davidson.
We often are questioned what they are all about.
History of Challenge Coins:
Challenge Coins surfaced during the World War 1 era. The practice of carrying a coin designed specifically for a unit was popular with the Army Special Forces. Carrying a coin at all times and presenting it when “challenged” to prove affilitation with that unit resulted in a number of consequences for those who could not produce a coin; the most popular required the coinless soldier to buy everyone a round of drinks. That practice continues to be popular today.
The time has come once again for our FALL Demo Days and this year, Harley Davidson has created a brand new engine for us to enjoy!
The Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine is the most powerful, coolest running motor we’ve ever built. It combines speed with comfortability.
This weekend is your chance to try out the NEW 107 engine on the touring models, try out the 110 motors on our “S-series” models (if you haven’t already), and take out a few of your favorites. No limit per ride, but it will be based off of a first-come, first-serve basis. We hope see everyone there and to hear your feedback on the new engine.
Friday | 12:00pm-5:00pm
Saturday | 10:00am-4:00pm Also happening Saturday:
Rides will be from 10am-4pm.
We will have a live band, The Shovelead Jack band playing.
Join us for an annual ride to remember Seth Potter in his ride to Rally for Autism.
Seth Potter, a long-term sales associate with us here at Timpanogos Harley-Davidson was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident back in December of 2014 leaving him in critical condition. Seth was quickly life-flighted to Utah Valley Regional where he was rushed into surgery and stabilized in a coma for ten days. Seth passed away on December 16th, 2014.
Seth put on the first Rally for Autism back in October of 2014 to support those with autism through ScenicView Academy.
“Hard to look like a bad biker when u have a dorky smile on your face every time;)” – Seth Potter.
Join us this year in memory of Seth, and to support a great cause.
